Services

Web My Money offers various digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising. The specific details of each service will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

Use of AI and Automated Tools

We use artificial intelligence and automated tools as part of how we research, create, manage, and optimize the services we provide. Human team members review and remain responsible for the work delivered. Our use of these tools does not change the commitments in these Terms or in our Privacy Policy. Where we use AI to generate creative assets, we follow applicable platform disclosure and labeling requirements.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to Web My Money for the proper execution of the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content or materials provided to us.

Payment Terms

The fees for our services will be outlined in the separate agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, and any non-public information.

Data Protection

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal information on behalf of a business client, that processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Intellectual Property

WebMyMoney retains all rights to its own intellectual property, including its systems, software, tools, methodologies, processes, templates, and pre-existing materials ("WMM Property"). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WMM Property to you.

Final deliverables we create specifically for you and that you have paid for in full (such as ad creative, copy, and designs produced for your campaigns) are licensed or assigned to you upon full payment, as set out in your separate agreement or proposal. Until payment is received in full, all rights in those deliverables remain with WebMyMoney.

Limitation of Liability

Web My Money shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or any information provided to you. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing efforts.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services with prior written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due, and Web My Money will provide any deliverables or materials in its possession to the client.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web My Money and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms of Service.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. Web My Money is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services.

Modification of Terms

Web My Money reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Web My Money shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
